The graphic below was created with POV-Ray. It was an early attempt and I was very surprised at how well it worked. The glasses are made entirely of tori (ie: doughnut shapes).
Today I am thankful that I have a car and the freedom to use it! Being able to travel relatively far distances any time of day (or night) is wonderful. Realised today how much I take the freedom of my car for granted.
Wow, what a wonderful fractal that is!! Yes, you are right. It is wonderful to have a car and be able to travel whenever, wherever and any time. 🙂

Its not a fractal!! Its a 3D rendition of cocktail glasses. The geometry involved in this is strictly Euclidian 🙂
Many years ago I remember an article in the Wall Street Journal about topologists. It explained that topologically speaking a doughnut is the same as a teacup. someone joked that topologists can’t tell the difference.
Very cool. I think you might also like a program called Daz 3D. It’s free, too. Or at least the start-up kit is. Here’s the link: http://www.daz3d.com/
Someday I’d like to have Bryce, though.
David mentioned topologists… I remember my topology class in college. It was fun. 🙂
