Today’s Gratitude Item: Getting to meet a gold medal winner from the 1966 Commonwealth Games. The man in question is Roy Williams and I met him today when he took our students for athletics. He was great with the kids and was a very nice human being. Getting to meet interesting people is one of the perks of being a substitute teacher.
Judging from the outside packaging, something beautiful and rich, not in a monetary sense, but fulfilling to the mind and spirit.
