This one took a lot of “tweaking” to get “right”. The result reminds me of membranous wings.
Today’s Gratitude Item: That my one student called me to tell me her Science exam went well and she got a job that she applied for. She was very excited about both the job and the exam. It is really great when students take the time to let me know how things went.

The large view really shows the intricate beauty of this image. The detail is striking. It’s soft and gentle, ever so delicate. And of course the colors are spot on.
