I recall that pheasants have been known to eat grain, so this little critter should feel right at home with the large grain stalk close by.

Today’s Gratitude Item: Waking up early, realising its a Saturday and then going back to sleep for another hour or so. That has not happened for the longest time – usually I automatically sleep in on the weekend. Guess the stress at work is having an impact on my internal clock!
