For some reason, this background reminds me of puddles after a rainstorm.

Today’s Gratitude Item: Kiwi soccer madness. The entire country is in a state of euphoria after drawing 1-1 with Italy. Its just about the only item on the news and people seem to be really happy about this event – so its all good. I’m amazed how a draw can be viewed so differently by two sides. For the Kiwis, its the next best thing to a win, for the Italians its something of a disaster. I guess this is one of those times when a draw is not really a draw.
