Today’s Gratitude Item: Not having to supervise juniors this afternoon whilst most of my colleagues were at their Paid Union Meeting. I’m not a member of the Union – partly because I don’t agree with the Union’s politics, partly because I don’t see the point and partly because they tend to have meetings where they complain. A lot. Was able to carry on cleaning out my classroom instead which was great.
