Everyone has heard of “Belgian Waffles”. These are ‘bulging waffles’ – they are pretty and fat free. It’s a pity they don’t taste like much.

Today’s Gratitude Item: Finding a great parking space at the mall! Had to get my hands on some nice trays for a gift presentation and this close to Christmas, the shops were quite busy. It was also raining, so finding a covered parking space close to the mall entrance was a nice surprise.
